Our Patch Testing policies are mandatory for all beauty treatments. Failure to have your patch test done at least 24 hours before your appointment will mean in some cases we may not be able to carry out your full treatment. The full service cost will still be required to be paid.
NEW CLIENTS require a patch test for any brow and lash treatments at least 24 hours prior to the treatment being carried out. CLIENTS WITH OVER 3 MONTHS since their last treatment or patch test will require a new patch test for any brow and lash treatments.
CLIENTS WITH ANY CHANGES IN MEDICAL HISTORY will require a new patch test for any brow and lash treatments.
